Where do I pay my Town & County Taxes?
Town and County Taxes for the Town of Niagara can be paid at 7105 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14305. Monday – Friday 9am to 3pm. January through March 31st.
We DO NOT collect School Tax Payments, for a payment location please check your School Tax Bill.
Exemptions
65 YEARS OLD OR OLDER?
The School Tax Relief (STAR) program offers property tax relief to eligible New York State homeowners.
STAR program changes (2025-2026)
Homeowners who are turning 65-years-old and currently have the Basic STAR exemption are no longer required to apply to their assessor’s office for the Enhanced STAR exemption.
The NYS Department of Taxation and Finance will notify the homeowner and the assessor’s office if they qualify for the Enhanced STAR exemption. If more information is needed to determine the homeowner’s eligibility, NYS Department of Taxation and Finance will send a letter requesting information.
